1:1 Combined Herbal Medicine & Holistic Nutrition Consultations
When you book a 1:1 session, you can expect a personalized, whole-person approach designed to uncover the root causes of your health concerns.
What to expect in your first session:
Each initial session begins with a thorough intake, exploring your health history, lifestyle habits, dietary patterns, and personal goals.
From there, I create a personalized plan that may include:
Herbal formulations
Nutritional recommendations
Supplements
Meal ideas or recipes
Practical lifestyle strategies
Education is woven throughout the session, so you’ll understand the why behind each recommendation and feel empowered to take an active role in your health. Sessions are long enough to allow for deep discussion, questions, and exploration of all your health concerns. By the end, you’ll leave with a clear, actionable plan designed for sustainable, long-term results.
Follow-up sessions:
Follow-ups are typically 30–45 minutes, providing an opportunity to check in, troubleshoot challenges, and build on your initial plan. Most clients benefit from a minimum of 2–3 follow-ups, while some choose ongoing monthly sessions for continued support and accountability.

Holistic Nutritionists use a whole-person approach, looking at lifestyle, emotional health, and nutrition together. Their training varies, and the profession is not regulated in Canada. They support overall wellness but do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Registered Dietitians are regulated health professionals with university degrees and clinical training. They can diagnose and treat nutrition-related conditions and often work in medical settings. In short - holistic nutrition supports foundational wellness, while dietetics focuses on clinical nutrition and medical conditions.”

Unfortunately herbal medicine and holistic nutrition are not covered by BC MSP or by extended health care insurance in BC at this time.

The timeline for results varies depending on your health condition, your commitment to the plan, and individual factors like your age, your body’s unique response, and lifestyle factors. Some clients notice improvements in certain symptoms within a few days, while more significant changes often become noticeable around 2–3 months. Everyone’s journey is unique, and my focus is on meeting you where you’re at and supporting steady, sustainable progress.

Yes, many people safely combine herbal remedies with prescription medications, but it’s important to do so under guidance. During your consultation, I review all medications, supplements, and herbs you’re taking to ensure your plan is safe and effective.
